Shipping & Delivery Policy
HomiQ Products partners with multiple shipping carriers to ensure efficient and reliable delivery to our customers in Australia. The courier used for your order will depend on factors such as package size, weight, and shipping destination. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
Delivery Partners
We work with a range of trusted couriers, including but not limited to:
Australia Post – Orders may be sent via Parcel Post or Express Post. If no one is available at the time of delivery and there is no safe place to leave the package, it will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office for collection.
Aramex – Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. Aramex offers Authority to Leave (ATL) and signature-required services. If the courier cannot leave the package safely, it will be taken to a nearby collection point.
Allied Express – Customers will be contacted before delivery via SMS or phone call. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the driver will leave instructions for collection or re-delivery.
Border Express – Requires a non-PO Box address. If delivery is missed, a ‘Sorry We Missed You’ card will be left with instructions for collection or re-delivery.
CouriersPlease – Deliveries require a signature. Customers will receive an email upon dispatch with the option to arrange alternative delivery preferences, such as ATL, collection point pickup, or rescheduling.
Direct Freight Express – Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. If there is no safe place to leave the parcel, customers will receive an email or SMS with re-delivery instructions.
Hunter Express – Requires a non-PO Box address. If delivery is missed, the package will be returned to the depot, and the customer will be notified to arrange re-delivery.
Sendle – If delivery is missed, the courier may leave a card or take the parcel to a designated collection point for pickup.
StarTrack – Offers real-time tracking and electronic proof of delivery in major metro areas. Missed deliveries will be redirected to the nearest Australia Post office.
TNT Australia – Requires a non-PO Box address. Deliveries to residential addresses may be left without a signature unless otherwise specified.
Team Global Express – Requires a non-PO Box address. Missed deliveries will result in a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery.
Estimated Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Address Issues & Undeliverable Postcodes
Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, the order may need to be canceled and re-submitted, potentially incurring additional charges.
Some remote postcodes may be undeliverable. If your shipping address falls within an undeliverable area, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Missing or Damaged Shipments
